Hey a long time ago I saw a very nice looking fabricated bumper for a comanche on here that was made to look like a factory step bumper but was slimmed down obviously a lot stronger. I don't know who made it but it was on a very nice stock height comanche. At one point I had a picture saved of it but now is no where to be found. I've looked through 10 pages of searched bumper threads but haven't found it. So I was wondering if anybody might know what I'm talking about and can find a picture. If so that would be great. Thanks.

That thing is sweet. Does the rear have posi? Is that what you meant by "locking up good?"

How is the oil pan clearance in that mj? I was talking to the guy at the york jeep show who runs that business and he told me the oil pump sticks out the bottom which is why you can't chop it very far or convert it to a rear sump. With the chopped pan, the wranglers just barely clear the front axle. They are positioned a good 4-6" farther foward than xjs, so obvious problems for the xjs.

Thats why I asked cause that seems awfully high. I was planning to use my already built 4.10 axles in my mj on stock sized tires but don't want to undergear the 6. I noticed the ax5 is a .85 OD instead of .79 like the ax15 though.
