I thought you guys would get a kick out of this! My local radio station here in VA has the most brilliant DJ on the air. This guy and his buddies thought it would be cool to build a Video Game Machine and a Kegorator into one machine!!! They sold the first one on ebay to get the word out and it has taken off like no other. The only thing is, is that they built it in the basement of one of the guys house so production is slow, I have a feeling that they will be selling that idea soon. I wish them all the luck!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/THE-GAMERATOR-Arcad ... dZViewItem

Pete I love the simplicity of the site!!! its very easy to navigate and it gets to the point. I don't like bells and wistles because it only slows some computers down. Keep it simple, Keep it clean!!

Is this a d35 or 8.25
ridenlow12 replied to gixxerman600's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I am going to have to agree that its a 8.25, although the d35 may have a flat bottom it doesnt stick our as far as the 8.25. Just by looking at the pictures that is my guess. -
Tell you what if you can get some parts off of it I would like to get the console, shifter and linkage to the tranny! Just let me know $$ if it isnt too much.
-
Is is a automatic with the shifter on the floor? I would really like one of those.

Drop Bracket v. Long Arm
ridenlow12 replied to ridenlow12's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Hey guys thanks for the advice but maybe I should have said that I don't intend on doing any moab type wheeling, just some medium type crawls over afew rocks. Maybe one day i will advance to the hard crap but for right now I am still a novice and need to build my experiance. I like the comanche club because it lacks the attitued of other sights. I felt like a complete a$$ for asking the same question at other sites. Thanks for all the opinions. -
Hey guys, how will this drop bracket system work for off roadin vs. long arm? I am guessing it is a 3 to 4 inch lift and its sitting on 31" tires. Right now I am doing a 4x4 conversion and in the spring I am doing a 4.0 swap. The goal is, is to have a 6 inch lift with SOA and new coils in the front prolly with spacers. Let me know what you think. (don't worry I now have 3 ton jackstands ) Drop bracket Image Not Found How the truck sits Image Not Found

Need new suspesion, maybe a small lift......
ridenlow12 replied to Car RamRod's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
good luck with everything but if you are interested gixxerman600 has a complete stock suspension set front and rear out of a 1999 xj. He did a complete lift and removed everthing. just let me know and I will have him contact you. -
  about sums it up. How nice would that be!

I agree with pete the driver was going way to fast its called rock crawling for a reason. Spotter sucks though! I maintain if you are going to be mad if it gets scratched, dented, broken, flattend, or flipped (top or side) you prolly should keep it off the trail.

Interest in Rock Rails
ridenlow12 replied to Drahcir495's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I have to agree with some of the guys in the pub, the website sucks but if you want rockrails check out www.rigidco.com they may just have what you are looking for. http://www.rigidco.com/RR22x.htm -
Hey guys I finally got my cable and here are some pictures. I took pictures of the things that interested me the most but I did not get a yard shot. Enjoy Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found

I called them and asked about the rock rails and they said that they are new on the block and trying to make a name for quality at a good price so I think I will give them a try this fall. As for group prices they said maybe in the future. The are trying to get a in house powder coater.

Do any of you guys know anything about this company? or had dealings with them?? http://www.rigidco.com/RR22x.htm

Hey guys, I posted here a few weeks ago about the crewcab comanche and have since become friends with the guy. It turns out that he only lives about 15 mins down the road. I called him up to ask him about parts and he told me how to get to his place and we would see what he had so I did low and behold, this guy has 12 manches and umpteen xjs and a hold host of other jeeps. don't worry I have a few pictures but I left my camera cable at home so it will be Monday before I can post any. You name the part and he prolly has it. The one that i was looking at was a comanche X I think with all the chrome and every option, bucket seats, cab light and on and on. He knows what he has so I won't be able to get the prices down a whole lot but he seems to be a ok guy. I will let you guys know the progress of prices....

do you think I should just suffer with the 4sp until I do the 4.0 swap?
-
Hey guys I currently have a 4-sp in my 87 2.5 2wd manche, I want to convert it to a automatic, what problems should I expect before doing so.
-
ok guys what do you think of this one (I had too much time on my hands) I think I found my new project!! Image Not Found OR shorter bed without visor  Image Not Found
