hey guys yeah i got pulled over this morning and guess what the cop says that i was doing 49 in a 35 but i was keeping up with traffic and my 6 months arent up and i had a friend in my truck and on top of that they impounded my truck for having my friend in the truck!!! its gunna cost about 600 dollars for all of it...and i have to go to diversion

i took my truck for a spin today and being careful cuz my four wheel drive is broken and it did really well for only having 2 wheel drive here are some pics i only got a couple and notice i don't have the lumber wrack anymore!!! :D

i have a question is the lift on that all custom? and do you have a body lift?

ok so do i just unhook the power of the pump so that i don't toast it when i turn the ignition on? and then move the float up and down...? alright i will try that and if it is the float i have a whole setup from a cherokee so can i take the little black float and replace it? and thanx for the help!

alright...is there any way around having to get a whole new unit?

i am having so much trouble with my damn sending unit at first it didnt work period and then i took it out and fixed the thing so that it read 3/4 of a tank and it was on E...1/2 of a tank later it doesnt work so i was wondering if there is any thing that i could do to make it work or if i have to get a whole new unit?? i kinda need an answer ASAP thanx guys

That is a nice unit, alot orf truckers use them, and they are still availible brand new, however, mostly found at truck stops. it is not your regular rat shack or wal mart level of quality found in those, but a much higher quality. I need to get me one of them... i could get anyone on here that same exact CB in black i have it in my garage and would love to sell it!! pm me if your interested.

i got it done but the little electronic clip on the back behind the tachometer that is where i had trouble! but thank you guys

yeah i know but my question is how do i remove the rpm gauge to get to it?

I'm at the speedo end and i am having a hell of a time i have got down to where you can see the blue plastic piece where everything screws into and i can see where there is a plastic clip like thing behind the rpm gauge that has to be popped out and i don't know how to take off the rpm gauge without hurting it...i need some serious advice!! 8)

alright so how do i take it out?

i need to know where the speedometer cable is located at and how to pull it cuz i need to replace mine...pics would be nice but the info is more important!

i have suggested updating the site for a while and it hasnt happened so it would be cool if you did and i really like the theme with the slideshow up in the top!

also if it is the fuel pump...you are gunna have to replace it. the bad part about that is when it is all said and done you will have to put it back in the tank...this is where it gets tricky. you have to pin the little circle door down with something long like a really long rachet wrench extension up against the frame rail and then you have to work the lock ring in and you have to try to get all 3 of the hooks in... :nuts: it really confusing thats why my truck sat for a year.... :cry:

Are you talking about a Steering Wheel Installation Kit? The thing that makes it mount to your column? I know they stock em at Checker/Schuck's/Kragen ok so you say schuck's has em? the thing that makes the wheel mount to the column.

hey i got a question where did you find the hub for the steering wheel? because i am looking for a GT Grant steering wheel but don't know where to get a hub for one for my truck...if you could post a link or maybe a store name? Thanx

i like what you have done with the truck!!! also on the color with the new grille and all i think you should go white because i saw the nicest mj with that setup and it was white and i loved it!!!

i have used 6013 like twice for sheet metal i use 6011 instead. and of course i live in oregon and that is the easiest thing to come by here but whatever works i guess!
