I just got a unidin pc68 elite today at a local CB store. The guy in there sold me a noise canncling mic and a Wilson Little Wil magnetic antenna. Anyone ever had the problem of there magnet antenna walking off while your in a store? Also what do you guys think is the best way to get it's cord into the cab? Down around thogh the firewall?

Two reasons for HD: Will be 4WD at some point, and on a daily basis I have about 700 pounds in the bed. on days like today I did multiple trips to A1 soil and put 1 yrd a time in. I need to repair/replace my tie rods ends and all that junk.　So I'm woundering if i should just replace what needs it or opt for upgrading the steering to an HD type. A buddy of mine is coming in town next weekend to put a new motor in his VW Thing. I help him, he helps me with my truck, so its a perfect time to put a lift on. I'm planing on ordering the re 5.5 mj kit from 4x4groupbuy.com tomorrow. Also I will be calling Alcan for new rear springs. So my questions are: Anyone know how long Alcan normaly takes to make you a nice set of springs? I've heard people say the re kit is the most complete. So if it's the MOST complete whats it missing? Anything I should look out for my 1st time lifting a truck? Anything I should buy? I really want to do everything right so if I could use it but don't have to have it I want to buy it. I was on the freeway going up a med. grade. I started to loose power so I pulled over and then a lot of steam started to come out of the engine bay. So loss of power and coolant leak.......... head gasket? I'll pull the plugs to see if there is oil or water on them after I EAT... Any tips or ideas? Thanks, Kendrick

For you who don't like high flow exhaust. Do you think doing stock exhaust set up, but with a Flowmaster for the noise. Yes I'm young but hey I like it but I do not want to loose power. So just wondering what ya all think.

If you have win98SE and an Ethernet card or better.. (I.E. if you're computer runs ME, 2000, or XP) You can use DSL or cable. The main thing is the LAN card. Remember to watch out for the contracts with DSL and the changing rates of Cable after 3 months. If you go with cable buy a modem please don't pay $10+ a month for a rental. Have Fun!

At NAPA you can get NAPA brand oil for $1.89 and NAPA Silver filter for $5. I get the napa gold filters ($6). I was told some where that napa brand oil is valvoline and the filters are Wix. I don't know if its true or not but it has worked great for me. A lot better then Mobil and fram. Man using a japanese keyboard is hard........

I went to lunch with a buddy to day and on the way home he noticed my brake lights were not working... any way. My brake lights do work sorta. When I step on the brake pedal the brake lights do not turn on, but when I turn my head lights / tail lights on, my tail lights and brake lights turn on and stay on.
