Whole pump needs replaced there not very much less than $40 new at autozone! The bearings seem to be pressed into the cast housing so I don't see the bearings just beeing replaced especially for a new pump with a lifetime warranty for $40.

I have a driver side somehwere, If I recall the jeep didnt have a passenger side wing mirror just the one, I also have a set of the california style metal mirrors.

Okay My 89 mj has a dana35 with 4.11's, my donor xj has 3.07's chrysler 8.25, I want to run 31-32 tires, This will be a parts runner/DD maybe a corn field everynow and then, Just want it sitting on 31-32 bfg at's or similiar tire, my donor xj has a hp30 with 3.07's could i regear to 4.11's to match or should I just try to find I dana 30 with 4.11's (is that even possible ?) Thanks for any input! And I forgot to mention, The mj will be running a 4.0 5spd / ax15 / 231 (out of the 94xj) And I know it would be easier to find a dana30 with 4.10's can you run that with a 4.11 35 in the rear?

I got her to go after shaking all the wiring going down to the starter, I am assuming corrosion, I will rock it until I swap the drivetrain. Thanks Guys!

Okay you know what, now that I think of it I didnt have head lights, okay crap I will pull the connectors clean them up and try again, But I did have 12volts at the other side of the 12v relay mounted right behind the battery.

89 2.5L 5spd, Sat for bout 2 weeks, went out and nothing, No click no turn over no nothing, Has 12.9 volts, good battery ground, I am just not sure where to begin troubleshooting this, I have never had an older jeep like this?

This is a newb question for sure, but I have an 89 MJ and it has a spare tire hanging under the bed with the cable (just like my 01 sierra) and has a shaft coming out the back to crank it down I am assuming, On my GM it uses the tool for the lug nut wrench to twist it down, My question is what do I use on the MJ, Is it a comanche only "tool" or what else works to crank that down???

I'm in IL 61254, I have a running 2.5 120K miles, 89 MJ, comes complete with all accesories , and a not soo good ax5, depends on where you are located?

What could I do with a set of Rubicon Express 4 1/2 lift springs from a YJ wrangler, How much shorter would those be than the MJ, Could I cut the ends off them and make a pack out of my stock mj ones, any info would be a big help, Thanks

Hey I am going to be doing a restoration on my 89 and would like the original roll bar Lights, Does anyone have any info on them/brand/ etc, and obviously brand meaning who made them for chrysler, I have a set on there now, and they appear to have an oem style plug on them, and what appears to be like a batman head if that makes any since at all lol.

rockauto.com has them for $6 per side plus ship, I have bought a set and was happy with them.

Well started the tear down got the interior stripped, lots of surface rust but no major cancer on the floor boards, 2 small holes on pass side.

I have one in perfect shape, and I have differnt transfer case bezels available for it depending on which case you have, or if you neeed a 2wd plug i have that also, $50 shipped paypal only

Replace/clean Idle air control valve, IAC is the cylinder looking sensor in the throttle body, I would check there first then Vacuum :thumbsup:
