  1. I'm thanking you in advance mvusse, I'm hoping this is working Well let let the story begin it all started with my beloved 99 xj. Having owned this vehicle since early 2000 it's a car i will never part with. But have always looked at it and said that would make a great looking Ute or as you may call it a pick up. Why didn't Jeep ever make em i asked myself. Then one night i goggled jeep pick ups and found the MJ COMANCHE at that moment i fell in love, i just had to have one. The search began
  2. OK fellas i thought it would be simple or maybe i,m the simple one. Have my pics in Photobucket can't work out how to get them on my post, have looked, read, studied taz post and me and my girl just can't get it to happen :wall: Could someone please help me out. I wanna show you guys & girl my 100% rust free COMANCHE, the one yous let get away.
  3. Thanks for the reply Backdraft 8)
  4. The inner seat rails on MJ were bolted to the floor is lower than the outside rails mounting point. XJ floor is the same height all the way across for the inner & outer mounting for the seat rail brackets. Or i may just have it wrong, on a side note have my pics on Photobucket and should get my post up running tonight
  5. Thats one very nice bumper. I like very much
  6. Nice Rig man been following you build for a while, any progress with the 97+ tail light conversion
  7. Great build nice work. :clapping: What mods did ya do to fit the seats with the rear mounting points, as the MJ floor is stepped . New to the site, have been following yours and many others builds with great interest. Will post pics of my build tonight.
  8. Great post one of many questions is with the xj bucket seat brackets whats the go with the two rear mounting points as the xj floor is flat and mj has a step in it ??? :help:
  9. Wow i,m finally in . THANK YOU ROB !! Where do I begin ? Its taken me almost twelve months to get registered on Comanche Club. Have started one cracker of a Comanche build & can't wait to share it with you dudes. This build is something a little different from your norm. I'm looking forward to sharing this build with you fellas, your input & advice. As I'm no "Bill Gates" need to work out how to download pics etc. Don't want to give too much away but I took delivery of my Comanche on the 08th December (Thank-you Troy of Madras) & due to a delay in going back to work the build has started in earnest (but I am sure it will slow up $$) . Heaps of pictures taken, hopefully you guys will get a kick out of this. Will have my post sorted shortly. Cheers dudes
