  1. Turns out it wasn't misfiring, just starving of fuel. Replaced the fuel pump and filter and it's good to go.
  2. One similar to the white one just sold on BaT for 16k... https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1988-jeep-comanche-16/ https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1988-jeep-comanche-17/
  3. That was a rental one from AutoZone. I'll buy a better quality one.
  4. When I replaced the cap I noticed the replacement rotor was pretty dirty, does that signify anything?
  5. Ok so I replaced the plugs and wires, and checked the compression at the same time. These are the numbers. I live at 500 ft of elevation and it's not actually turboed 😄 haven't used the tips yet.
  6. I replaced the injectors today and it's running a lot better, still has the occasional misfire when beginning to accelerate but that disappears quickly.
  7. I haven't. Going to replace the plugs and wires this or next week sometime and just replaced the rotor a couple months ago.
  8. Checked the plugs (they're clean) and I'm going to change the injectors tomorrow because it has good spark and injectors are cheap
  9. The first one is a rough idle that it just the developed. The Google link is a driving video. At the end of the driving video I was going up a slight hill in 1st most of the way. https://photos.app.goo.gl/vC2PVz1q228MSh5q8 Sunday at 13-25 video.mp4
  10. I was driving my MJ today (It's been my daily for about 6 months) and noticed that it misfires or bogs down under load. It will get up to about 2500rpm and misfire and lose power badly, until about 3500-4000. This issue just started today, and I replaced the rotor in the distributor a couple months ago. Any thoughts? I'll post a video if I can get one
  11. That is happening sometime this summer or next winter due to finances (or it would already be done lol).
  12. Also I'm fairly sure it has 3:07 gearing...
  13. What is the max tire size I can run on my MJ? I believe it has a 1.5" levelling kit but that's all. For the time being, I don't intend to lift it any higher.
  14. The distributor rotor was the cause of the non start. Idk why tho, must've been a lemon
  15. Put in a new distributor rotor and it started right up
  16. Tested that with an inline spark tester, it's still good. I'll replace the cap and rotor and see what happens.
  17. I can smell it, plus it has a leak somewhere around the number 1 injector. It doesn't have spark at the plug, I've narrowed it down to the points and condenser. Is there any write-ups about replacing them? Cap and rotor look almost brand new.
  18. when cranking it was showing 0.504VAC
  19. CPS sensor is good and so is the coil...
  20. Ran fine on Saturday night. Went to start it sunday and no go. It's getting fuel and no spark. Any suggestions?
  21. Not yet, I'll do that tomorrow
  22. This is a pic of the oil pressure gauge after about 5 min idling
  23. I've noticed while driving my truck that it runs 60-80 lbs of oil pressure on a regular basis. Oil pressure averages about 70lbs. Any particular reason why this would happening? Also, I am about to do an oil change, what do y'all recommend? Truck description is in the signature. Has about 160k miles.
  24. i ordered those parts, hopefully they fit this time
  25. @Strokermjcomanche do you have a list of parts/part numbers that you used to rebuild your drums?
