Cons: It was rear ended and put a pretty good sized dent in the drivers side quarter panel, gave it a salvaged title, but did nothing to the performance of the truck. I am having this bumper built and a rear bumper for my comanche. http://www.cherokeeforum.com/f11/jeep-c ... per-39811/ I don't have a welder, so what i was thinking is adding the hoop to the front bumper and then on the rear bumper mounting the brackets to mount the rear bumper.

Looks like JCR has stopped producing their MJ rear bumper......It always happens this way as soon as I graduate and get the money they stop producing them!!!! :fs1: If anyone is interested in them and would want to go in on a group buy let me know, It may be the only way to get them to make them for us!

I purchased this sweet MJ, last summer and I will be updating this thread as I continue to build on what goldtooth built. Plans right now include aftermarket winch-bumper and rear bumper. Also SOA lift, probably about 6" and 33's. We will see how long it takes to complete these things as I have to take the BAR exam this July and then having my first rugrat in August.

I am from the Vancouver/Camas area, I have been away for three years in VA, but my MJ is a PNW native. I actually purchased it from a member on here last year. It is a 1991 longbed, 4.0 HO, 5 speed, about 3" of lift, 31" AT's, Rear 8.8, front D30, both with 3.73's. I am going to have some work I need on my MJ. I want to add a prerunner bar on my bumper and also may need to switch some tires. Amboy is close.
