  2. You guys are all being negative. But I'll take care of it.
  3. Can I leave it as is or is it probably not gonna charge the battery?
  4. My error, I was checking sensor ground, that was .02, I have yet to run tps checks.
  5. Throttle body and IAC were cleaned before test, .02 was key in off position.
  6. Any idea on part#? The moparonlineparts.com only has alfalfa romeo parts..... can't seem to find anything I know is mopar
  7. BWD Camshaft / Crankshaft Position Sensor CSS582 Warranty: LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT 1 Yea this was it.
  8. It was from napa....but probably not OEM.
  9. 1990 mj 4.0 4x4 aw4 212k. Just finished cruiser54's steps 1,3,4,5. TPS tested at .02 with multimeter, no spikes. CPS was bouncing between .3 and .4.....idk if I tested that one correctly tho. Truck always starts right up, besides the 5 to 7 second cranking. So truck stalls after it heats up, usually a 30 min drive. Then it stalls very easily after that, usually when you let off the gas but not always. Always starts right back up. I did change the CPS about 2 weeks ago, that helped alot, thought it was fixed. Any thoughts?
  10. Oh and thirdly, changed alternator positive wire, stud spins tho. It started up, but is there any way to tighten that down?
  11. I also found this connection, which shows some melting and the PO cut out a red wire. Any idea what that was for? Leave it....fix it?
  12. Found a connector not plugged in, any idea what it's for? I circled the plug and where it connects to.
  13. Thanks guys, thats the photo before the green wire thats at an angle decided to snap.
  14. Replacing battery cables and refreshing connections, one of the connectors snapped off where the small positive cable off the battery connects to a bolt. I can only find it's called the PDC, but can't find a replacement. Any ideas, photo attached
  15. Thanks guys, what's the CAD I keep hearing about
  16. Bout to order everything, but getting a few different part #'s. For the Ball Joint I'm ordering (2 Sets) Spicer 706944X. What Spicer part # for axle u joints? Spicer 5-760X U-Joint Kit from amazon, but Rockauto has DANA 51310X. Anything else I should look at besides wheel bearings? (No movement when checked with wheel off the ground.) And just did ZJ steering upgrade kit. Thanks in advance guys.
  17. I have a WIX oil filter installed I'm sure it is 10w30 oil, I will try 10W40 next oil change. That's basically how I felt, just wanted to get some other peoples insight. Appreciate the responses.
  18. Gonna bring this thread back, I have been driving the Manche around more now that I fixed most of the steering problems. Installed new Crown Auto HD Tie Rod, Draglink, Track bar, all with new ends. After that I found that driver side ball joint is shot, so it still wanders a little. Anyways after the truck has been running/driving for awhile the oil pressure has been going down to about 10/11 psi at idle. Should I be nervous? As soon as you accelerate it goes back to above 20 psi, up to above 40 psi. Engine has a very slow oil drip, but nothing major. Thoughts?
  19. Crown Automotive RT21004 Steering Kit Ended up going with the above kit, found it on amazon. Has pretty good reviews and comes with the heavy duty tie rod. Thanks for the input.
  20. https://www.ebay.com/i/292460688991?chn=ps Need to replace the drag link and tie rod ends. Was going to leave the tie rod stock for now. This was the only kit I could really find with just drag link and tie rod ends, just trying to make it driveable now, currently clunks, and wanders. Has anyone seen a better kit? Thanks
  21. Perfect, that's what I was looking for. Thanks, idk why it wasn't crossing my mind to cut the flange off the front pipe.
  22. Would love to weld, no welder
  23. I think what I'm looking for exactly is this, but in 4 bolt....can't seem to find it(center of pic)
  24. Thanks man! Is there a certain pipe that works with this? (Flanges out) I'm not looking to weld
