I just measured for my front driveline at 32.75”. AX15 with external slave and 242 to an XJ Dana 30

Is the vacuum thing in just the Renix rigs or on the HO generation also?

I just had this exact issue. I had an internal clutch/pressure plate mated to an external master/slave. DIFFICULT to shift. Swapped clutch/pressure plate to one from a '95 YJ and have good pedal/shift now. Hard to know what's wrong with your setup as it seems like you still have an internal slave?
