  1. WOW this build! Is that a new rear window that works on all MJs? Also what part number decklid system did you order from them?

  3. If I am going to upgrade I prefer to go stainless but if all else fails I will go to a Dakota line.
  4. I posted on the Facebook group and got a lot of mixed opinions. Does a Cherokee extended rear line work on a MJ? It looks like Crown differentiates between MJ & XJ and groups it with the SJ? It looks like the block is the same, however is our axles double or bubble flare?
  5. You can also use Chevy drop shackles from Advance Auto for $30. Longest setting gets you 1.5" of lift. Swapping mine in tonight.
  6. This is awesome! I am curious and somewhat new to welding but how thick is the panel we are welding too (bod of the truck)? I am concerned about burning through it.
  7. Yes sir.. for the 2 outer seals.. it was about $22 plus shipping I think Hey there, how hard was it to replace the window seal? Mine are shot!
  8. 1991 LWB Pioneer, 4x4 4.0 auto. Registered and road driven.
  9. Ahh nah, I was talking about the yellow connector shown in the attached photo. I need to get it out to replace the gasket.
  10. How you got the plastic wire elbow that goes through the metal cover off to replace the gasket? I have a spare 91 XJ sending unit (same wire entrance) and I cannot get it to separate from the metal piece. I wanted to be sure I could get it off (without breaking it) before I yanked my sending unit out of the truck.
  11. Unfortunately he hasn't been on since November.
  12. I saw this, but how did he get the old one apart? I have a spare 91 XJ sending unit (same wire entrance) and I cannot get it to separate from the metal piece.
  13. So I kept noticing a gas smell when walking around my Comanche once I filled it completely up. Found the culprit. Looks to be leaking at the black piece where the wires go in of the sending unit cover. I noticed there is a how to on how to rebuild the sending unit, does anyone know where to get the seal for the wires or how to get it out of the cap without destroying it? Ideally I would like to just get a new sending unit. People seem to have issues with the XJ Delphi unit from Autozone but it seems to be related to the baffles in the tank. Is there a company that makes a baffle-less 23 gallon tank? My gauge position has been wonky and I attribute it to the sending unit as well so new would be ideal. Thanks yall.
