Well..As stated by the manufacturer JKS..The range on the ACOS is 1.5" to 3.75"..I already have a set on my 12.5" lifted MJ that are set at 3.5" and no problems..As to being vague. :nuts: ..I would have thought that most people here would understand that i was referring to upper and lower control arms, drag link, etc..I do not believe I will have any issues only setting them at 3.5" or so..

Ok..I have only lifted 2 of these MJ's and both were so high that I had to completely decipher the geometries of the whole front end..If I lift MJ#3 to the max of the ACOS shouldnt i be ok without having to change anything? :bowdown:

I am sorry for not being dead to nuts with my terminology. Turning over could also technically mean you flipped the b*tch upside down..So here is what it is doing..Turn the ignition..it then engages the starter that turns the flywheel that spins the crank..Its is doing all that..There then is for a fact fire/spark at the sparkplug itself..However the engine will not RUN..I am going to check the timing. :shake: :shake:

replaced the CPS...still no cranky.. :headpop:

We have a 93 yj we replaced the rod bearings from the underside..have no idea before we bought it what happened to it..She turns over and is gettin fuel and fire but will not crank...Wants to but just won't fire..Any suggestions???

I too used a scan reader to erase the faults...so are you saying I should be able to erase the fault..then..crank and shutoff the jeep 5 times for it to reset..then put the code reader back on and all should read READY..???

Ok..replaced the gas cap..My light has not come on yet but the computer says 0442 is pending..so it may or may not be fixed right?...if not there is an actual service bulletin out on replacing the LDP vent valve...Has anyone had this problem..Or is it more than likely the hoses to and from it...How far you gotta drive these things to reset too by the way..

Ok..Now this POS has started to have 2 more issues..One is that the idle when you crank it stays high for way to long..Not everytime you crank it just sometimes..It has also developed what i think is some sort of vaccum leak..It has a definite whistle that occurs every now and again...It never happens under acceleration..Only at idle or when coasting..Give me some pointers guys..This is a 2003...4.0

fault P0422 keeps appearing on my 03 Grand..I need to replace my gas cap..Do I have to get an OEM cap or can i get one from a auto parts store that will also work.

Ok..tried fixing the gas cap too...didnt work..P0442 code is still coming up...should i get a OEM cap or will an aftermarket new one work just fine..

I have used rough country for years..never had any complaints..

You betta be wrong...If this is the case it is gonna send me into a NEW kind of pissed off...How freakin stupid would that be..

I hooked up the pc and had 3codes..2related to gas cap..1 to the fan relay switch..In trying to find the relay..nothing labeled..did find ASD relay and TCM relay..swapped the 2 and cleared the codes again and seemed to fix the problem..Quesion is does ASD stand for auto shutdown...does TCM stand for temperature control module..only thing i can think of.. :dunce:

Ok..I give up what size is the allen head that removes the rear caliper?..Ohh and shouldnt i only have to remove these two and retainer spring to get the damn thing off..

My wife's cherokee has apparently had the check engine light coming on and off for some time now..(didnt tell me)..It has never come on while i was driving but then again i hardly ever do drive it..anyway it came on when she went to get emissions...what would cause the light to come on and off periodically..only thing comes to mind is the gas cap.

the big part inside box 20 looks like the one that come off the ba..it don't work..but if you could get me a pic tonight that would be fantastic..it will help me a lot when i go to fab one up..If I can see it..I can make it.. :cheers:

Looks like this..

i swapped the ba10 for an ax15..obviously the urethane trans/xmember mount doesnt fit..I am guessing the ax15 is out of say a 94yj..4bolts on the underside of trans..all of the ones i can find lookin online are 2bolts on top and bottom..Is this the right one?..
