  1. I didn't think it had check engine light ? i haven't seen turn on ever . . . Mike
  2. How dose one go about testing the O2 ? ? ? . . . Can it be tested ? I unplugged the O2 truck ran the same . . . the TPS seems to be working as when i manually move it the goofs with the engine . . . Mike
  3. you can't put a normal Carb on it ? it has to be the factory unit ? Mike
  4. spray's fuel the whole time . . . tho the mist visually appears to thin out as its reved up . . . :idea: Should of bought an S-10 I think . . .those can be scanned ain't nobody got scan tool for this thing . . . Mike
  5. truck will fire right high idle kick itself down to low idle it will drive normally for one through the gears then after it'll start stumbling half way through the gears again stumble stumble studder studder bog bog stall . . . It will remain idling tho slightly rougher but it idles none the less but once you give it throttle it bogs down and dies out. . . New parts: Fuel pump. Fuel filter. Coil. Cap. Rotor. Plugs. Wires. It ain't like i'm not trying . . . Mike
  6. well then this truck needs to run . . . I got lots of new parts in this truck with no change it runs the same, its undrivable . . . I can't keep replacing randum parts . .. Mike

  11. I managed to snap off 1 vacuum line and round off 1 fuel line so i have no idea what to do now . . . I'm at wit's end here . . . It might be game over for this truck, I seem to cause more damage then i am repairing . . . I broke off 1 plastic vacuum line & i also rounded a nut on the fuel line leading to the TB so that's not going to come apart . . . I may have to see about putting the old 62' back in Daily driver service . . . Mike

  13. well tried to test the fuel pressure but . . . this no good rotten POS scum bag puke box chit can of a truck has nothing i can adapt to . . . everything is 1 size to big or 1 size to small ect ! there is no adapting through the fuel filter because the line is to large and the rubbers are too short to reach the larger barb which is just slightly smaller then the line your trying to hook . . . they did not send a duel male adapter to utilize the 2 test port's located in/on the TB . . . :fs1: Mike

  19. all looked intact and sound to me when i was checking it out . . . Video wasn't the best but i seems as tho it really wasn't much of a help . . . Unplugging the TPS did nothing Unplugging the O2 sensor did nothing unhooking the EGR did nothing . . . Multi part failure ? Mike

  23. it start by running like that twice before only it would stumble bumble stall out and if ya let it sit for 15min it fire back up and run perfectly for several weeks after ward . . . Now it simply started to stumble and bumble with no recovery . . . tis why i suspected the coil . . . was the only new start since this started . . . rest of the parts had been change loing before this . . . Ok I unplugged the TPS truck ran the same so i re plugged it in, then i unplugged the O2 sensor truck ran the same, Then i unhooked the EGR valve vacuum line truck ran the same . . . I even manually stuck my finger inside and pushed the EGR valve it made not effect on the truck at all . . . So everything is working ? or Nothing is working ? I started bumming and wanting to crush it, :idea: So to pick up my spirits installed my new rear tires :D pics will be posted in my project thread shortly . . . So after i thaw out i'll go check the plugs and take photos of them ;) Mike
