  1. I disagree my good sir, My MJ has the same problem. I'm running stock leaf springs in the rear and RE coils in the front. After time leaf springs usually begin to lose their arch; the weight of the gas tank and driver constantly putting them under load will make them lose arch. Rustys is not the problem. I know a lot of you are probably thinking "New leaf springs should not sag." Rustys springs are made to bolt in and perform on the trail. They are a soft spring (Not made for heavy loads) He doesnt make them like all these other companies where you have to work the springs in before really getting good ride or flex. Here is a quote from the website (Rustysoffroad.com) under F.A.Q's I would say add another leaf spring in that side and see how it sits, if your wanting to carry a load add your factory overloads back into Rustys packs. (This is if you havnt already) Egg

  3. Well I finally got a set of tires for the ol' MJ. Bought em' off a buddy of mine for 50 bucks.. They have decent tread. 33x12.50 BFG MT's.... they are the ones with no side lugs.. I mounted them on 15x7 tailgunners... Got balzy and chopped the front a lil'... them I rolled the edges over so it wouldnt cut my tire, then remounted the (Newly Cut) fender flare higher. here she is...
  4. Image Not Found There she is, 87 Jeep MJ. I picked it up off a guy in my home-town for 1000 bucks. Had to sell my wrangler to get it, but I've always wanted one. Currently under construction (2wd-4wd) Picked up a Ford 8.8 outta an Explorer.. a D30 off a guy from NAXJA (4:56 Lockright) Got Tranny t-case sitting beside the garage waiting to be put in. The lift is RE 4.5 ZJ coils, and SOA in the rear. Gettin' a set of 33 BFG MT's this weekend for it. Egg [/img]
  5. Well you say that they are stiff riding, but how well do they flex? I'm really limited on money, I'm buying a tranny, t-case, Ford 8.8, and a locked D30. So i'm really trying to go cheap on the coils. I know you can just lift the back with SOA... Another thing is the UCA and LCA.. My dad has a set of 4" LCAs... they are fixed.. so i'm goign to use them, but the uppers I don't know what i'm going to use. Does anyone know the cheapest/best UCA's and Udjustable Trac bar? Thanks for the imput!! Egg
