  1. No , the exhaust is routed between the frame rail and the box floor. 2 1/2" pipe fits fairly well. Then used a 4" hole saw and cut the box side for the stainless 3" tip to exit through.....finished it off with an aluminum checker plate panel just for some BLING. No worries about the open diff thing.......it was actually more fun wheelin it when it had the stock axels and 33" tires. This thing started out as a base line 2wd.....now its gettin silly.
  2. Wow....just when I think I have it figured out , I can't get it to work anymore. Not sure if the link is working ???? Guess I will stick to buildin MJ's instead of tryin to use this POS computer. Oh well........maybe one of you guy's could help me out HAHAHA.

  4. They were open diff's in that pic.....were 3.50 gears too. That was when it had the BA10 in it as well. Now it has Detroit Lockers , HP D44 front , 9" Ford rear , 4.88's , and an AW4 in it. Now it makes 4 rooster tails LOL. :D
  5. WOW , I have finally figured out how to post pics LOL

  7. Look into an AWShifting set up........BrettM sells them. Does away with the TCU and replaces it with a 5 position rotary switch and a toggle for the lock up torque convertor. Super simple to install and lets you shift the trans manualy with a turn of a dial. I installed one in my MJ and it works very well. He sells 2 different kits......1) an overide setup that disables the TCU on demand 2) a manual version for swappin an AW4 without the TCU. :-D Sorry......just read your reply.......YJ's use an A999 3 spd trans with no TCU.
  8. Just found your site.......cool place for sure. Some sweet rigs on here. My MJ is an 88 short box. Started its life as a 2wd and I originally converted it to 4wd with a donor Cherokee......D30/D35/BA10/NP231. Thats when I got the bug to go bigger. Now my RIG has a modified RE super flex lift that totals 9". Other mods that I have done include a custom D44 HP Ford front axel , Custom Ford 9" rear , Both with 4.88's and a rear Detroit locker. AW4 swap with one of Brett's AW shifters. AA Heavy duty SYE. Custom drive shafts. Cherokee limited gauges/leather power seats/console etc. Custom tube bumpers F/R. 36x13.50 Swamper IROK's on 15x10 AR tailgunners. Anyway....when I figure out how to post some pic's I will. And if Brett is reading this......I will let you know how the shifter works when the install is done. Cheers M357.5
