Which 2wd spindles will fit on an '89 2wd. Will an '88 spindle fit? Which other years will fit?
-
I am in need of a 2wd spindle for the passenger side ASAP. If you have one that is available Let me know. Call 517-242-2598 with price If no answer leave a message and I WILL call you back. Or PM me. This is for a 1989 mj 4.0l 2wd Auto. I'm not sure what other applications will fit. Thank you very much.

Now there are 2 at R&R. A red one, 4 cyl 2wd and a whitish tan one, 4cyl 4wd. Red one had seemed to be usable taillights. -
If its a scam, everyone should call and badger him about it.
-
I read that one, and the thing is i think between 89 and 90 some thing got changed up.
-
I guess what I'm asking is where can i find rotors and calipers for upgrading?
-
I'm lookin for more in the area that does the actual braking. Ill eventually do a master cyl. upgrade.
-
Are there any upgraded braking components out there for my 89' 2wd? I can find some for 4wd, but not 2. I already know about the disc conversion on the rear. I'm mainly focused up front. Rotors, calipers, etc. Preferably new, not from any other type of vehicle. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Ryan.

Well, that stinks What does it take?

Will bucket seats from a 97' xj 2 door bolt right in place of my stock bucket seats in my 89', no drilling or modification of seat brackets?

Yea!! Avatar workin!!!

Rear springs from a TJ will work on the front. I got mine from a lwb tj and it lowered it about an inch, so id imagine a swb TJ would have less weight and lower the front a little more than an inch. The guy I bought them off of thought I was crazy for lowering it. (2wd) As for a body kit, Erebuni makes side skirts. http://erebuni.net/ge/jecomanchee.htm. I believe that is one of the street comanches in the picture. It only includes the side skirts though. I will be purchasing this soon I hope. And every time the subject of lowering comes up, people bring up oil pan clearances. Isnt that what bump stops are for? I don't mean to sound rude. I'm just wondering for myself

See if your local machine shop sells the rings. They usually get them cheaper than stores like Autozone, and generally tend to pass the savings on to you. Plus, they will probably set you up with the correct set. -
Does anyone know where i can find the rigt size bushing?
-
Option number 2 is what i was planning if i couldnt find anything easier to do. I might order a polyurethane bushing to pop in there and see how it fits.If not ill drill the mount.
-
Well the difference is considerably larger. I stuck the bolt through the bushing and there is quite a bit of play. But I'm not sure if its as big as 7/16. I'm just stumped as to what to do.
-
For the life of me i can't find the bolt on team cherokee. Link?
-
Is the track bar bolt a special bolt? Ive replaced my T-bar twice and it still hasnt fixed my death wobble. I discovered that the metal insert in the bushing is much larger than the bolt itself and that differance is causing the wobble. I don't know if duralast is putting the wrong insert in the bushing or what. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!! :D

Deffinitally get new rings. I can't imagine they are that expensive, seeing as how chrome-molly rings (the best type out there) for my 351c only cost like thirty somthing. And it has two more cylinders. -
http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/cto/1907756155.html I gave this guy my bedliner. Seems like a pretty solid truck especially for michigan. And seems like an ok price too for the rustbelt. The thing runs great too, thats what i remember most.

The fronts are 17x7's and rears are 17x8's. They are called Ansen Sprints, produced by American Racing I believe. We bought them when they first went into reproduction a few years ago. I love them.
