Hey guys, There have been some 'cold start' videos of some sweet trucks on youtube recently but there really aren't any of comanches... any of you have cold start videos of your trucks? could be cool to post as comanches always sound sweet cranking and revving cold. thoughts?

yep - that is our thought. thanks for the support. basically, if you think its stupid, don't do it. but, if you do think its a good idea (and i hope you do), send away. anyway, i am finally getting involved in this group, so looking forward to meeting some nice people!

well, you never know. they have done it before (not Chrysler but other car companies that had resurrections so-to-speak and they did it starting with the consumer - they even made a commercial out of the work behind it...)

yep - mine too. the idea was that a.) they need new blood (and a new pickup for jeep) and b.) there is a loyal following. so, if either the consumer or someone on the inside pitched the comeback with the stipulation that it have all the qualities of the original mj, the idea could get thrust. i have a few good friends in marketing/concept development and en masse type presentations tend to work. so, if you have pics of you and your mj - let's have em and i will try to put something together.

Haha! I have heard that too. My friend works in marketing and they are desperately trying to figure out new products to revamp the image. We just thought we would give it a try... In any case, pics of you and the Comanche are still interesting and welcome nonetheless.

Hi Guys, I have a friend at Chrysler. We were talking this weekend about the auto industry and about how great MJs were/are. Then I had a great idea: I think it would be a good idea to petition (using my friend as the insider) to bring it back. We thought it would be a good idea to collect as many pictures of guys (and gals) with their mjs (either outside or driving) for a show of force to show that there are devoted end users. So, if you are interested in contributing to the project, drop me a line. No guarantees that it would work, but who knows... Thanks!
