How much fab work to do that upgrade to an '86?
-
The front heater vent for the full console set up has a large "hole" in the front where that black tube mates with it (at least Cherokee ones). The tube then runs around the gear shifter/selector to the back of the console where it forks to the two rear vents in the console. ok, thats what i was talkin bout
-
Just out of curiosity, Are yall talkin about the big black tube running under the console?
-
I put the rear heater tube in, this way I can put my hand behind the console and heat it up on our cold 40° California mornings. Thats a good idea Just gotta wait til tuesday to go back for it
-
Wanna sell one? :D
-

I will post a pic of mine asap, it just doesnt fit between the seats or on the hump right

Can a Cherokee center console fit into a comanche?

I hope that your version "old" of Land Rovers is better than that of the current Land Rovers. I own two Freelanders and if you do not reside in the U.K., then Land Rover's continuous search to evade the honor of their warrantees becomes the next wrath that you will have to confront. :fs1: Land Rover SUCKS and I will never/ever purchase another! Land Rover of Chantilly, VA taught me that lesson... V/R Paul And Land Rover of Greenville taught me THAT EXACT same lesson

ok...wolfpackjeeper...are we going to end up making "Comanche Repair Naval Style" when I arrive?

The dashboard is a Chevy design, Exact same as in the Avalanche

Correct me if I'm wrong, don't think I am, but in reading your previous posts, a short while ago you stated you were an enlisted guy in P-cola attending A or C school? Enlisted guys now can fly F-15's? Kewl! I gotta go back in. not quite, you are wrong. I have no interests in joining the Navy. I am at NAS Pensacola though, for some reason the Air Force chose to have its Strike Navs trained here; and due to the base realignments, the panel Navs from Randolf will be coming here to a new facility in 2010-11ish, then Randolf AFB will close to Nav training (and all Navs will be referred to as CSOs instead of WSOs or NAVs). I posted up in another thread by BookspanS (I believe he was doing basic in the Great Lakes then coming here for Aircraft Maintenance A-School) when he asked about Jeeping in this part of Florida, not much selection there. Props to the enlisted guys, they do lots of hard work, but they do not get to fly, so not for me. I worked hard for my commission, and I intend to keep it. I do understand the confusion though. 2Lt Brandon Guessing you are a Second Lieutinant?

I'm SOOOO jealous of you. I was signed up to do that in the Navy, went in, and then got an enlistment of error discharge all because I was an Idiot for asking why I have a tremor in my hands. :wall: Keep your mouth shut till after your six months so you can get benefits. My stay was for four months. :thwak: Oh well. 8) I learned that from my recruiter ...I do feel bad for ya, if we happen to run into each other on me
