didnt get that close a look - but did they ever look similar !

i had it in my '92 ltd and loved it in the winter, especially in town where some streets were bare and others covered with snow. it also seemed handy in hilly regions of the coast mountains where being "in" all the time was a waste of fuel----just put in full-time and don't have to think about it. i considered it a luxury that i liked -just like the compass, leather and the power windows.

yes -but what i mean is most are under the side vent on the cab -but some arnt - ????

every now and then i see an MJ with the 4x4 emblem on the rear of the side of the box. was this the way the factory put them out in earlier years? until now i always assumed it was done by owners that converted from 2x4 to 4x4, -now i suspect it was an '86,'87 thing.

i have been looking at this lift since i bought my truck and their webpage is very convincing. they do mention that u should adress the control arm issue if u go even 1" higher, so i'd be very interested to know how it would work out with just their kit and nothing else.

just wondering how one was to go about getting one of those "comanche club" windshield things -----I'm not much for trinkets but i really like those and think they are good for the club too.
