  1. oooh...curb flex  Ok well the grassy slope is steeper than it looks  8) :rotfl2: i think thats almost a thousand on the curb ramp :rotf: I take it your locked front and rear to overcome that monster :smart: :rotf:
  2. I said it joking around with the pics we snapped of him. I am no where near worried about my dog hurting anyone or myself. I took him to a friends house who has a blue female and he just stayed next to me on guard and played with her very little. He is a great dog and the breed can be brought up to be civil and friendly. My neighbor had three german shepards that I could have swore came from the pits of hell when I was growing up :fs1: . They couldnt be around anyone at anytime with or without owners around. I have seen more dogs that are off your statistics chart that have been more aggresive than pit I have seen  . Let me change my title real quick as not to come across as having a dog who would hurt someone :shake:
  3. probably not good considering he is a 9 month old pup and was not raised to fight. he will lick you to death and lay next to you for hours though. Michael Vick is a douche and a reason these dogs started catching even more heat. He will pay for it when he gets out. just watch
  4. sucks to own one where you live. I love my dog regardless of his history. sorry you feel so negative about his breed but I guess that puts you in the boat with all the "others".
  5. my neighbor had a red nose pit since he was a pup who they raised to fight. he was huge and very aggresive if you got close to his yard. but my neighbor and I who were 10 at the time and use to play with the dog all the time and punch and kick him just playin around. and not ONCE in his 7 years of being around us did he snap or even growl at us. I think its all about how you raise them and if you give them the attention they need or not. I have girls who are 6 and 11 and while I love my pup, I know not to let the girls play with him by them self. I know he wouldnt hurt them but I am not a retarded parent like those on the news and leave my pit unattended with others besides myself or my wife.
  6. Finally took some pics of Nato our blue pit today. He is 9 months now and is a lot bigger than the last pics. He gets much attention on every walk and is very friendly despite the "pit bulls are dangerous" thing going around now :rotf: . 7. nice
  8. thanks Taz. I sold the mj but kept my hoodie I bought from you. that thing is of some great quality. I know I will own a mj again in the future. I just have to get this second house closed on.
  9. I thought the ax5 was for the 2wd. I didnt know they made a ax15 2wd. Well I want a i6, swb, ax15 MJ since mine just drove off with its new owner :fs1: Anyone want to buy some nice 24's
  10. well guys you may not have to worry about the MJ much longer. I have a guy coming out tomorrow around 10am with cash in hand for the MJ. Then I am off to sell the wheels and move on to the next project. Looking for a swb 2wd i6 ax5 model.
  11. wow your special! so I put big rims on my truck and I am a rapper? so everyone here with a lift and big tires are rednecks? and yes it is a 4x4. I wouldnt mind swapping for a 2wd since I never use the 4x4 around here. kind of a waste to have since they shut all the wheelin spots down. I would like a 2wd swb in the same condition (no rust and with a/c)
  12. well I put them up for sale and had a guy offer me a nice trade on some 22" american racing polished aluminum 5 stars and cash my way. I will post pics up if I get them. They have a taller tire so should look better and ride better.
  13. I know the style isnt for everyone so no worries. everyone is going to have their own opinion about them which is what makes us all different. I may end up selling them if I can make some money off them. I didnt give much for them and they go for serious coin being they are "Foose" wheels. we'll see what happens.
  14. I did see a decrease in stopping distance with these monsters. I know its not for everyone, thats why I can take the talk. I would rather go with a taller tire then to drop it so it rides smoother and feels the gap. Now I need to stroke it and throw a blower on it :smart:
  15. I had no luck selling my comanche so I decided to go the route I wanted and slap some big wheels on it. Well first plan was trying to find some black 22's and that was a difficult task considering there is so much chrome in the bigger sizes. I finally came across these 24" Foose Nitrous that were only a month old. I slapped them on and prayed they wouldnt rub and they don't. I would like to drop it 2"s or throw a 45 series tire on them since the 30 is kinds on the thin side. Let the flames begin  and compliments for anyone (if any) like them  . 16. sorry there bud ^ but you must not no much about gvr4's. it is NOT a dsm nor should be put in the same category as one. gvr4's were made in japan and not the states like dsm's. and your average gvr4 owner is not like your typical dsm guy (read between the lines). and its better than owning a honda like every other guy out there and when was the last time you seen a gvr4 running around? there are tons of t/l/e's around but few gvr4's.
  17. hopefully by "staggered" you don't mean larger front smaller rear...cause that wouldn't work with the gear ratios available (must match). but if you meant rears stick out farther than front, "Staggered" typically means wider, not taller. He should be fine if he was indeed using the word in the correct manner. The hard part is matcing the different widths and relative aspect ratios to keep overall diameter close enough to not kill the axles with different rotation rates. you are correct sir. some 22x8 with3" lip up front and some 22x10 with a 5" lip on the rear. if I did all that though I would have to fork the cash out on a blower so the ol mj can back up the look. my gvr4 just takes up so much money. but the feeling behind the wheel of it with the sweet harmony of the 3" intake feeding the evo III turbo at 21psi exhaling to the 3" turbo back exhaust all to be met with the HKS SSQ bov at each shift makes me :clapping:
  18. I want to drop my MJ in a bad way. I had it all laid out when I bought my gvr4 which has now consumed all my money. my plan was as follows zj rears up front dropped rear non disco front end (have disco now) 242 t-case (have 231 now) black 22's staggered call me  but I think it would sit sexy
  19. Lived here in Fort Worth all 28 years of my life and it doesnt seem to get boring. Always something to do and a ton of small citys around you can hang out at.
  20. your car ends up like THIS
  21. The voltage gauge is pretty darn accurate in mine. I run a digital volt meter they sell at auto zone that plugs into your cigarette lighter. This thing works great. I tested the voltage at the battery and then read the display at the meter and they were within 2 10th's of each other. I learned long ago to use one of these in ALL my vehicles. Nothing like being broke down due to a bad alternator or a battery going dead. I highly recommend this to everyone. I use to go muddin alot in my trooper and would spit alternators out every two weeks, and this was with the alternator being placed on top of the engine (deep water and mud). I soon realized I needed something that told me something was wrong and this way I could get somewhere safe quick. The meter's are only like $15 and have a back lit display and are well worth it :clapping:
  22. Merry CHRISTmas you bunch of ol box truck lovin fools  :clapping:
  23. I have been looking for one with a tire carrier  Have to look into this option for sure.
  24. Thanks for the write up I found it easy to snap the new bushings on with just a pair of channel locks. Now on to fix other small things wrong with my truck :ack:
  25. looks like you need new rod bearings to me :???:
