alright cool so i need to do the following: fuel system (what about fuses??any problems) electrical and drivetrain. what about the radiator any suggestions there? does the 2.5 have any differences radiatorwise than the 4.0 H.O.?

clear what 33's or 35's with cutting

yeah i gotcha craigslist seems to have some i wouldnt mind using

dirve train as in the whole sha-bang (axles tcase tranny) or just tranny and engine

yeah ill cut the fenders i don't mind and maybe 10.5 or 9.5 and not sure about backspacing maybe 5inch on a 7 inch wheel

yeah well this engine ahs 260,000 on it. can i do the fuel system off the 4.0 on the 2.5 or to much pressure for the 2.5 to handle?

almost seems not worth it. me and a professional mechanic would take how many full days you htink? (i am pretty good with stuff like this)

hey I'm looking to clear 33's until spring or until i can afford the lifts and mods for 35's. what works for you guys and what would you suggest? i like mudding mostly but also some minor crawling and whatnot highway ride dosent really matter to me cause i don't drive fast or nothing.

no tcase problems? would an 94 xj work?

hey I'm new to jeeps and I'm purchasing an 87 with a 2.5 and a 4spd on the floor next week and I'm wondoring EXACTLY what needs to be done to put in a 4.0. ive done engine swaps in chevys but its a little diff obviously and I'm wondoring if what components i can use that are stock. id like to keep the 4sp cause it has 4.10s and i plan on eventually running 35's (yes i know the axles won't last long) is is possible do i have to modify the tcase in anyway?
