exhaust manifold studs

Are the pressed-in studs on the 4.0 exhaust manifold (where it joins the intermediate pipe) still available from the dealership? P/N is J400 7109 per the parts catalog.

 

Also, does the 4.0 exhaust use a donut at this connection? (my 2.5 doesn't)

Yes...those studs are still available. They should retail at about $5 each. I could sell them to you at a little better price ($3.50 each) but with shipping added on, you are right back at $5.

 

As for the donut...I think there is, but my Chrysler website is apparently having issues and I can not access it to verify that right now.

The 4.0 uses the donut seal, p/n 52003025 Jeff-man.
