fuel filter please respond getting dark.

how do i check to see if my filter is still good. i pulled it and poured out the gaqs from one end and the gas was orangesh yellow. from the other brown :cry:

You are suppose to change the fuel filter every 12,000 miles or every 2 years, which ever comes first. I would replace the one you removed. I would also try some fuel cleaner the next time you fill up.

ya i blew it out stuck it back on. got better response when laying on the gas. but slight increase. but my idle speed dropped down to about half. just above 0
