If I have the number tag off of my axle where can I go to type it in and find out what gears are in the dang thing?

Wost case scenario, a calculator is all you need. You're looking for either a literal "4 10", "3 55", etc on the tag, or you'll find the tooth count for the pinion and ring gear, "41 10", "39 11", etc, and then divide. 39 divided by 11 gives a 3.54 ratio.

ratio = 3.54

 

that "18" is actually a "13", and the "46 13" are the tooth counts of the ring and pinion gear. Divide the ring by the pinion, 46/13, and you get 3.54.
