help with window regulators

I need window regulators for a 87 commanche or advise on how to repair the ones I have.

Windows fall freely

And now won’t crank up.

Can you take the door panels off and get a look at what's happening inside? 

If the window just drops down, maybe it just slipped off the bracket thing
