Air Conditioning/Heater Core and HVAC Box Question

My Comanche currently has an AC compressor delete pully. I am swapping my interior and while I have the dash out, I am considering throwing in a compressor and pulling the hvac box to replace the heater core, blower motor, and a/c accumulator/drier. My question would be is it best to buy all new parts, and if so is there a kit out there that includes the a/c lines as well? Or should I pull most of it from the JY? Just wondering if anyone has done something similar and has any recommendations, because it does look pricey. At the same time, why not do it now since I have the access.

Did you Comanche come with AC and a previous owner swapped the pulley in or did it never have AC?

It had A/C before I believe, PO swapped in the pulley delete. I think I would just need the compressor, condenser, lines, and everything in the HVAC box.

Does your vent control switch on the dash have the AC selection?
