Plastic B pillar vent cover gasket

Does anyone make the gasket that goes under the B pillar black plastic vent covers? I want to get my truck painted so I removed them. At the same time one side was missing the rubber vent flaps but I found those on eBay.

Yes, but I think I can find something at Home Depot to make work.

make sure it is pretty soft so it doesn't push the plastic out.  I think it's for dust prevention and vibration dampening while on the freeway more than water intrusion.
