your local auto parts place will have all you need. :L:  you can use bulk line and flare the ends, or you can buy pre-flared lengths and bend to fit.  I've done both techniques and once I got good at flaring, I prefer the bulk line method.  be sure to buy the nickle/copper lines rather than plain steel.  and you don't need to follow the exact path of the factory lines, just make sure that nothing is going to snag/cut/boil the new lines.
