Trim color help

The plastic a pillar trim (charcoal) is broken. I took it out and have a replacement from my beater Cherokee but it's red. Can I spray paint it grey and if anyone knows, what color of spray should I get to match it as close as possible?

Check out this thread. SEM products would be the correct way to do this and are reasonably priced.
