Pat prefers to find out about the rocks by driving into them...

 

 

Best place would be inside the wheel wells, near the back/top if you can find the space. The lower you mount them the more likely it is that they'll get f'd. There's not really much else in the way of options, unless you like cutting metal...

NO.. I just don't wheel at night :twisted: Something about wheeling at night just seems like a doomed situation. Anyways, most Off road parks you go to, and most of the national forrest trails require that you be off the trails by sundown. :wink: I think there are a few places out west that have wheeling at night, but I don't know of too many around where I live.

I wouldn't mount them in the fenderwells. You're in TN right, you will get in the mud, and they won't do you any good by the time you need them. Mount them high inside the frame, behind the frt bumper, or in frt of the rear bumper.
