Need plastic washer things for window glass

I am in the middle of doing this upgrade,

 

The new window glass I have did not come with the plastic hardware shown at 12:19 in the video. Are these something I might be able to get from a local glass shop? What is the correct name for them? Thanks!

They are available at team cherokee. One side is just a washer and the other side has the captured nut. The nut side is available for sale and for the washer side you can use a plastic washer from the hardware store.

So I bought the part from team cherokee. How is it they are held in the glass?

Those are the captured nut. The bolt goes through the regulator and screw into those. You may still need a plastic washer between the regulator and glass. The part you bought will go on the back side.

Thank you. I am a bit confused because I see that the plastic parts stay in the glass for other people, like in the video above. Maybe the factory washer has a feature to retain  the captured nuts?
