I would contemplate some 1.5" spacers for the rears.  something about the 7" steel rims seems to make the MJ's wide butt more obvious to my eyes. :dunno:

I agree and iv thought about that too but I don't want a different track width on the rear than the front. Thought about spacers front and rear maybe?

track width doesn't need to be the same front to rear. :L:  if you do the same treatment to the front, the rears will still look "off".

Replaced the alternator and it still won't hold a charge. Belt is new and tight.  I'm stumped. 

 

And now iv got fuel in my oil so I just ordered all new vacuum lines and valves and ordered upgraded injectors. I'm also going to do the valve cover mod.

Battery is new but your right, it still could be the issue.

 

Right now I'm replacing the gas tank and injectors.  The money pit just keeps getting bigger.
