1996 power doors on 1990 MJ non power doors?

so I'm ready to start swapping on some of my rust free parts ive collected. i have PW\PL doors off a 1996 cherokee, my 1990 truck has manual locks and window doors. i havent started dis assembling the old doors for removal yet. what am i gonna be in for with the wiring making the power windows and locks work with the cherokee doors on my Comanche?

no, it may still be available though. ill contact the guy i got the doors from. is it loomed under the dash, or avross the floirs?
