Classy Comanche
So a general question about the recovery tank on my Mac tank. The tank does absolutely amazing. The Mac tank is absolutely full. I checked the coolant in it a few minutes ago and when I opened the cap it oozed cold coolant all over the top of the tank and my hand. The question is I know on the coolant catch tank tank [white tank seen below] has a cold and hot marker. I have had coolant at the cold mark and it seems to gradually go down with time. With this being a recovery tank should I have it at the "cool" mark on the recovery tank?
pizzaman09
Yes, that way there is sufficient coolant that the Mac tank doesn't suck in a big bubble when it cools down. In theory it can go dry but you could potentially end up introducing air somewhere in the cooling system.
Classy Comanche
Alright! Can do will do. I'll keep it at the "cold" line
