Blinkers not working

the blinkers in my 1988 are not working the but the hazards are i have replaced the blinker switch and still nothing 

also side note the horn is not working (you can hear the relays clicking) and nether are the running lights

Swap the blinker relays in the fuse box, the horns sounds like the horns are disconnected or bad they are located on the underside of the fenders behind the rubber flaps.

Running lights could be a bad headlight switch.

The turn signals and running lights could also be a fuse box issue if this is a manual truck

yes it is a manual
and i have switched both the relays on the blinkers and the hazards as well as the fuzes for both

also the running lights (if i under stand this right) are on as part of the brights

and i am not as worried about the horn rn i am mainly trying to make sure that we are good before i put the steering wheel back on

The problem with the manuals is that the clutch master cylinder is right above the box, when it leaks it leaks on the box and it eats away at the box.

I would start by checking for power at the fuses.

Running lights come on with any lights not just the brights
