so i can't get the rubber piece out that goes into the cab. i also am unable to remove the seat do to a bolt that will not budge(rusted and stripped) so feeding the cable will be fun if anyone has any suggestions that would be nice.

While i was parking the other day while i was pushing the parking brake in the was a load snap, i thought nothing of it however the next time i drove it when i went to push the parking break in there was no resistance. I have checked and the cable snapped just after the petal and was not pulled back in to the body. After ordering a new cable i am wondering if anyone has any advice about this? it is a 1988 Comanche base model

also the running lights (if i under stand this right) are on as part of the brights and i am not as worried about the horn rn i am mainly trying to make sure that we are good before i put the steering wheel back on

yes it is a manual and i have switched both the relays on the blinkers and the hazards as well as the fuzes for both

the blinkers in my 1988 are not working the but the hazards are i have replaced the blinker switch and still nothing also side note the horn is not working (you can hear the relays clicking) and nether are the running lights
