Chrome 10 Slot and Related Pieces

Before I go the aftermarket route on chrome front end pieces, I wanted to check here and see if anyone has a chrome 10 slot grille, headlight bezels, and the header panel trim for a Renix era truck. 
 

I know that the upper and lower header panel trim pieces are not reproduced, so at the very least, I will need a set of those pieces.
