IDMT
I recently discovered this transducer as it looks like the original (correct me if I am wrong) but I haven't had the chance to determine if it truly fits as my truck has been in the shop. All of the "fitments" state it does not fit, but I am willing to take a chance. Techsmart EGR Transducer G28012 (O'Reillys)

WahooSteeler
That's an excellent find, I think the transducer is often the real issue behind EGR problems. The diaphragms are know to tear and, in my case, the orifice was clogged with carbon. Other than the size of the diaphragm and/or amount of vacuum it pulls, I have no idea what the specs would be to make this work or not. And fortunately it's not a crazy expensive part so worth giving it a try or having in your parts bin as a backup.
