1987 Comanche 2.5 automatic won’t shift

Hi, I have a 1987 Comanche 2.5 with automatic that will shift manually by moving the shifter but not automatically. Does anyone know what causes this?

Tcu issue,  either missing, not plugged in or fuse is blown. Tcu is under the knee panel on the passenger side, fuse is next to it hanging down.
