Torq_Shep Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 Figured I would post up here before I throw it on marketplace or something. NP231D out of a Dodge Dakota (not sure on the year). This is not a straight swap into our trucks but by using parts from a 231J you can make a stronger 231 that will work in your jeep. The primary difference between the D and and J is that the D has a wider (1.25") chain and a different output shaft. Asking $150
MiNi Beast Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 wait, this bolt behind an ax15 would it not?
Torq_Shep Posted December 29, 2020 Author Posted December 29, 2020 Yes it will but the output shaft I think is different. So you have to take your 231 apart to use the output shaft from that to make this work with your driveshaft.
MiNi Beast Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 or just have new driveshaft made up with proper yoke. driveshafts are easy enough to have one made up at local drive shop. ummm. what would be shipping..?
