Top corners of the rear windshield frame. They don't look rusted out but I am not sure those should be open?

I circled where the factory fills a seam there, with what I assume to be brass. There is probably a spot welded seam under there and they just didn’t continue to put the brass in there. My truck actually had a bigger gap. We welded it up though with a patch because it was over an inch tall.
