Rear slider weatherstrip replacement

So I have had a dry floor for almost a year. Then it decided to be monsoon season in Iowa. It rained 5 days straight. 

Currently drying it out. I believe I have found the source also.

The weather strip for the slider is missing a chunk. I have looked and am still looking for a replacement for this strip. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can add some black silicone and make it flush as a temporary fix.
