I would say it's not very hard but it's going to be time consuming. You will need to add a compressor, condenser, evaporator, receiver drier, expansion valve and A/C lines. To put the evaporator in you have to pull out the right side of the dash, that is by far the hardest part and it's not that bad. You will also have to get a new section of wiring for the A/C controls and such which may or may not be present in your truck the way it sits now. If it's a truck you really care about or is your DD go for it, otherwise, I wouldn't bother.

Ya just picked up the most perfect comanche I have been able to find it's a 91 with only 90k no rust and has been babied by the po. It just lacks ac and it is going to be a dd replacing a 90 that is a dd with ac.

Nope as far as I can tell they changed the ac setup some in 91, also I am going to sell the 90 since I have to many jeeps right now.

They did change it some although if you use the compressor bracket, compressor and lines, it can be done.
