Nope as far as I can tell they changed the ac setup some in 91, also I am going to sell the 90 since I have to many jeeps right now.

Ya just picked up the most perfect comanche I have been able to find it's a 91 with only 90k no rust and has been babied by the po. It just lacks ac and it is going to be a dd replacing a 90 that is a dd with ac.

How hard and whats involved with adding ac to a comanche?

Thanks to 89MJay I have a source for cheap big springs upfront now I just need to figure out the rear springs. Weld new perches onto the axle I am building up(lol I can't weld) but do some sort of soa on my current dana35 until I finsih my 9" maybe rockroad bolt on soa. Don't think I will be makeing my own "bastard pack" so I need to buy srpings from somewere.

can you get 4.5 inch springs? I don't mind minor trimming, especially if I can get flares. I guess I can do a soa with an add a leaf to get enough in the back for the 35's

without haveing to hack it up how much lift would I need?

I think 98% of the time would understatement, that was pretty much the exclusive for the auto on the manche and cheroke except for the few that got 3.73 and I am looking for a frontend with that ratio

35x12.5 Pro Comp Mud Terrain, this thing also does not need to be street legal since it will be off road only. Normally I would never use these tires but I am swapping someone some 33 mtr's for them. I know I will need to do a soa but what springs and from were? For the front I would like to keep it all srpings without useing spacers if possible. Also I have a dana 35 right now but only untill I finish my ford 9, wich by the way does anyone know who makes a decent soa kit that that I can put on the axle.

How much lift is needed to run 35's on a comanche? Does anyone make a lift to be able to do that or do I have to just put one together? Can this be done without fender trimming if not does anyone make aftermarket flares so it does not look like junk?
