mark corbitt Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 So i replaced my wiper motor assembly and when i went to plug one of the washer hoses back in the little plastic fitting broke. I have a spare cowl with one good nozzle, so before i break it i just wanted to ask is there a certain way to remove the nozzle from the cowl?
eaglescout526 Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 Mark. It looks like it’s being held in by a pin. If you can pull the pin out it should slide out of where it’s being held in at and do a swap. Seems like I’m gonna need to snag a few nozzles.
mark corbitt Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 Thank you, without my reading glasses i never would have found the "pin" and would surely have broken the replacement nozzle getting it out of the cowl. Hats off to you!!!
eaglescout526 Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 No problem. I have yet to replace any nozzles but was trying to remove them before painting the cowl but didn't have the patience to sit and do it without a back up nozzle. Glad you got it off though!
