Fuel pump not turning off

Put in new tank and pump turn truck off and pump turns on and won't turn off

2.5L or 4.0L?

Pull the relays. Will that shut the pump off?

Should I replace the relay or is it a different problem?

Did the pump shut off with the relay removed?

I disconnected the battery before I posted this. My truck only has 3 relays not 4 like the pictures I see which one is it

Without AC you'll only have 3 relays.

Ya no ac so which one is the pump? I plugged the battery back in and of course the pump didnt come on

Try one of the other relays in the fuel pump relay slot. Does pump still remain off?

I reconnected the battery and it hasn't come back on yet

Yes I haven't pulled any of them yet waiting for the pump to come on

Start vehicle, let it run, shut it off. Does fuel pump still stay on?

Nope tried that

Back to normal. Problem unknown. Let hope it stays that way.
