Fuel,air,spark and no start

Distributer timing is correct. Piston 1 on tdc compression stroke the rotor bug points at cylinder 1 on the cap. If I set it to 180 I can hear it try to start for a second. The timing gear Mark's line up and when I set cam gear at 1 o clock it puts the crank gear at 3 o'clock and I have 20 pins between the 2 Mark's.
