firemansteve6921
I have a 1989 Jeep Comanche 4.0 2wd pioneer. i broke the peugeot ba 10 in half and i was wondering if i need to do anything special to install the ax 15. its 2wd so i was thinking if i get the yoke with the trans it should bolt directly up. will the master cylinder work and should i get the clutch for the ax 15? jpfrogger
I changed mine over from the Peugeot to the AX15 and was able to keep the original clutch components, however, because I switched to 4wd I cannot comment on driveshaft length or splines. It isn't too difficult of a swap but get as many components as possible from the donor vehicle. Good luck, Tom
ejndssn
there are two types of AX-15 internal slave and external i went with the external slave. and agree with Jp frogger get everything from the donor even the tranny mount. the swap is pretty good to do. :brows:

A YJ is clocked up, and can't be used without pounding the floor out a little.
