4.5 inch lift kit question

I want to purchase a 4.5 lift kit for my 89 pioneer Comanche. My question is can I put a 4wd lift kit on my 2wd Comanche ?  Just for looks at the moment as I want it to be a dd  soon I want to make it a 4wd

The 2 kits are exactly the same, if they even specify 2wd vs. 4wd. Or should I say the suspension set ups on 2wd's and 4wd's are the same so go right ahead
