how to get a display picture

help guys how do i get a picture in the right format for a display picture?

I know you're still active and I didn't want to start a new thread. I'm on a phone and it always says file size to large. I've tried the few tricks I know like screenshot and crop but no luck so I'd appreciate some advice. I'd enjoy an avatar photo.

it can be tricky, I know.   just send the fullsize image to comancheclub@hotmail.com and I'm happy to take care of it
